Jade Basak

Jade is very much like her mother, and is in many ways the spiting image of her mother. And is often called the Princess of Narcissism, and is very vengeful against those who live in Auradon, and was very jealous when she was not picked to go and visit. 

Despite that Jade does have a kind soul, which is very small. But in many cases her arrogance and ambition often leads to her downfall. Although her worst attribute is the fact that she very manipulative and power hungry, and would do anything she could to make sure she got what she wanted.

Jade also is very prideful, and is very smart for her age and she often uses her brains for something other than being a good person. And likes to consider herself to be too smart for her own good.

Basically the spitting image of her mother.

General History: 
Jade grew up in the Isle of the Lost, which like her mother she had despised living it and often grew to be learning from her mother. Leading her to idolize her mother and her mother had managed to spoil her since as her mother would say. She sensed that Jade was like her in many ways. Which meant for some time she also favored her brother, but it ended quickly. 

Making her brother and her not exactly being the closest, and Jade was often found reading spell books of her mother. And to her mother's encouragement had found her free-time wondering the streets picking on others, and was often rather feared by anyone who came in the mile of her. 

Growing Jade to often be found with a smirk on her face, and she had from a young age fell in love with magic. Fully aware that she was unable, but she knew she was born with magic like her mother, but due to not being allowed to use magic on the Isle of the Lost. So instead of using Jade had secretly learned from her mother.

Which was often done in the basement of her house, and once her sister was born Jade was often described as being rather cold towards her. Who to a surprise her mother attempted to teach her sister her ways. Often making Jade smile, but once her sister turned eleven her mother soon favored Jade more.

Although her life changed after her cousin had been picked as one of the first to go to Auradon. Even though at first she was envious, but after that she had finally been accepted to go Auradon. Which made her mother happy and gave her mother some hope.

Even though apart of Jade wants to become good.

Family History: 
Only thing known about Jade's father was that he was a royal, and was a very good man who was manipulated by Nasira into marrying her which resulted in three children all of whom were cursed with being forced to live in a poor place known as Isle of the Lost.

As for her mother her mother is fraternal twin sister of Jafar both of whom had wanted to take down Aladdin, and had worked together. Which ended in them being castled to the Isle of the Lost. Leaving Nasira with trying to continue her plan with Jade as the one to carry it out.
